Services

Homemaker services includes assisting with Independent Activities of Living (IADLs) and the following:

 *Providing medication reminders and monitoring

*Planning and preparing healthy meals

 *Running errands or grocery shopping

*Folding laundry and light (or heavy) housekeeping 

*plus more

We provide adult companion services for our members to ensure they are still able to be active in their communities. Adult Companion services include:

*Independent Activities of Living (IADLs)

* Assisting with transportation to appointments

*Assisting members at appointments

* Running errands, picking up/dropping off prescriptions

* Providing joyful companionship 

*Wandering prevention and safety

We are able to assist with members who need immediate assistance transitioning from placements or release from the hospital. 

Getting lost in the crowd is simply not acceptable when the topic is the health and safety of a loved one. We understand this and have set up a process of continuous monitoring for our care recipients. Through telephone calls and drop-in home visits, we proactively follow up to ensure your loved one is receiving the best care possible.  We will coordinate and assign compassionate, engaged caregivers who can best fulfill your loved one's custom care plan.

Your needs are as individual as you are. Our personalized care plans ensure your individual needs are met. We get to know you and adapt your care plan as your needs change. You can count on us for compassionate care based on your needs.  A complete evaluation and in-home visit so we understand the needs of your loved one. During this time, we can discuss services, scheduling and costs.
